The Babylon Toolbar is an add-on installed as part of the Babylon translation software. This toolbar is an adware that modifies your browser’s default search settings and preferences. Follow this procedure to completely remove “Babylon Search Settings and Babylon Toolbar”:
Step 1. Delete and remove “Babylon Toolbar” entries.

4. Shut down “Add-on management“options and switch”Tools” > “Internet Options“

6. In the warning window, clickReinstall” again.
