11 f. When done, right-click on an empty space and select Update. If you followed the steps correctly, you should see the files “Utilman” and “Utilman1” as shown in the screenshot below. If so, close the “Open” window and click Cancellation in all other open windows.


13. Click on Repair Options Continue – Sign out and switch to Windows 10.

Step 2. Reset the password from the administrator account.

1. After restarting, press the button Administrator account and sign in to Windows.
