Step 1: Open the Gallery app and select the video you want to use as wallpaper. Remember that you can view all of your videos by clicking on the three horizontally stacked lines in the lower right corner.
Step 2: Select a video and click on the three stacked dots in the lower right corner and select Set as wallpaper. If the video is less than 15 seconds, you can use it as your lock screen wallpaper or call background. If the video is longer than 15 seconds, proceed to step 3.
Step 3: If the video you want to use as wallpaper is longer than 15 seconds, you will need to crop it. You can do it by tapping on the pencil in the toolbar that appears below the video, or after pressing Set as wallpaper you will see a preview of your video with scissors in the middle.
Step 4: Tap on the scissors. The editing tool will open, which will automatically make a 15 second cut. Press the play icon (the right pointing triangle) to watch your video. If you don’t like the cut, you can edit it yourself by moving your fingers over the horizontal bar at the bottom. When your cut is ready, press the Done option and then touch Define on the lock screen.
