To install Windows 11 Insider Preview on a computer with TPM v1.2 (without TPM v2.0) or Secure Boot, do one of the following:

Method 1. Bypass TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot Windows 11 requirements using the registry. *

*Note: Use this method to upgrade your Windows 10 PC to Windows 11 Insider Preview. Follow the instructions in method-2 to clean install Windows 11.

1. Click Windows image + R buttons to open the run command window.

Method 2. Clean install Windows 11 Insider Preview without TPM 2.0 and boot safely by modifying Windows ISO file. *

Step 1. Convert Windows 11 “Install.WIM” to “Install.ESD”.

Step 2. Convert the Windows 11 ISO file.

1. Right click on Windows 10 ISO file and extract its contents to a New folder.

2b. Find and turn off the install.esd file.
