1. Select the download link that matches your operating system and version from the links below.

2. On the download page, select your language and click on it Download it button.
3. Check out the “file nameTo select all available files for download, check the ” box and click Next
4. Save Place all five (5) files included in the KB2919442 update package on your computer.
Step 2: Download the KB2919442 update
1. Now download the Service Pack Update for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB2919442) from the link below:
Note: KB2919442 update is required before installing Windows 8.1 update. Note that this update may already be installed on your system via automatic updates.
2. On the download page, select your language and click on it Download it button.
3. When prompted, click Save to download Windows8.1-KB2919442-x86.msu to your computer.

Step 3. Install the Windows 8.1 update.
1. First, make sure you download the following update package files to your computer:
- Windows8.1-KB2919355-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2932046-xXX.msu

- Windows8.1-KB2937592-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2938439-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2919442-xXX.msu
2. To install the Windows 8.1 update, you need to run and install the downloaded updates in the following order:
- Windows8.1-KB2919442-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2919355-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2932046-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2937592-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2938439-xXX.msu
- Windows8.1-KB2934018-xXX.msu
Note: If you see this message after launch (KB2919355) file update :
“The following updates are not installed: Update for Windows (KB2919355)“
- Shut down message box and restart your computer. Usually, after restarting, your computer will update without error.
3. After restarting, proceed to install all other update packages in the order listed above*.
* When I first performed this operation, the remaining updates KB2932046, KB2937592, KB2938439 and KB2934018 were already installed after the first reboot.
