When you use Outlook to access your IMAP account, Outlook should display all of your IMAP folders in the navigation bar. How to fix: IMAP folders are missing (not visible) in the Outlook navigation bar.

Method 1: Choose which IMAP account folders appear in Outlook.

The first way to solve the “IMAP folders are not visible in the folder pane” problem in Outlook is to subscribe to all the IMAP folders that you want to appear in the navigation pane. For this:

1. In the navigation bar, right click In the IMAP account and select IMAP folders.

2. Then click Request to display a list of all IMAP folders on the mail server.

3. Select and click on the IMAP folders that are no longer visible in the navigation bar Subscribe. Repeat the procedure from the other folder that you want to display in the navigation bar. To select multiple folders, hold down the CTRL key while you click the folder name.

Method 3. Disable antivirus integration in Outlook.

The final way to solve the problem “Not showing all IMAP folders in Outlook” is to disable the Antivirus integration with Outlook or try to completely remove the Antivirus from your computer and if the problem is solved, download download and reinstall the latest version of your AV software. *
