*Safe mode is a mode in which the system loads the minimum set of drivers necessary to run Windows. In this mode, the user can diagnose driver problems or clean his computer from viruses, trojans, etc.
How to start Windows 8, 8.1 in safe mode:

Method 1: Using the “MSCONFIG” command.
